About this cottage rental
The Hort del Viver rural house was originally an old granary situated in the outskirts of Sant Jordi in the Baix Maestrat district (Castellón). It is built in the centre of 22,000 metres of land, with mainly olive trees. There are also other types of trees such as almonds, carobs, figs, lemon, khakis, pomegranates, laurels, pepper trees, lime trees, a magnificent Judas tree and a lovely palm tree, as well as aromatic plants such as the lemon beebrush and sage, all of which delight those who enjoy the products that have just been picked from the trees.
In summer, next to the house, we can enjoy the superb shade offered by some hundred-year-old pine trees. The terrace is an old threshing floor which has been wonderfully preserved; next to this is the VIVER (a Valencian word which means the place where they store the water), from where the farmland gets its name. From the terrace we can see the oldest part of the village and also the sea.

Hemos disfrutado de unas Pascuas en familia estupendas, la casa rural es perfecta, por poner un "pero" el tema de los sofás, no son muy cómodos, te invitan a no quedarte en casa.
El resto es genial, Concha, la propietaria es un encanto. Volveremos!!!!

Concepcion la dueña un encanto,la casa preciosa y limpia,tienes todo lo necesario y el entorno estupendo,en el pueblo puedes comprar y vinaroz cerca para compras grandes,la piscina fenomenal.estamos ya con ganas de volver

Estuvimos un fin de semana y nos encantó. Para nosotros, hemos encontrado la casa perfecta: con gran terreno para que la perrita disfrute, piscina, tranquila, bien equipada y cerca de casa, que lo hace ideal para cuando necesitas escaparte y no puedes ir muy lejos por horarios de trabajo.
El trato con la propietaria, tanto al hacer la reserva como a la llegada y salida, fue perfecto. Muy amable, informando muy bien y dispuesta a ayudar en todo.
La casa es una pasada, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario: barbacoa, jacuzzi, piscina, buena TV (parece tontería pero a los que nos gusta ponernos alguna película y serie por la noche, se agradece encontrar una buena TV y que se pueda poner usb). La casa es preciosa, con una decoración cálida y acogedora y bien equipada.
Tiene un terreno tan grande, que parece que estas aislada pero al mismo tiempo estas cerca de todo.
Nos ha encantado, en cuanto podamos volvemos. Será un lugar fijo para nuestras escapadas.
