The host was helping remotely all the time, no human interaction (which is a plus for many of people). The parking is free at the streets near apartment, spaces were available almost all the time, and if you want some covered space, there is a garage for small fee from the owner. The supermarket literally 1 block away from the apartment, also recommend a place called casa Maria for a beer and a snack a few blocks away. WiFi is fast, tv is on set, the fridge works just fine, all of the appliances are there.
Security system has a cameras, that supposedly do not turn on without the alarm, for me was fine but someone could have some second thoughts about them.
