This is a lovely secluded farmhouse nestled in some of the best rolling hills in Devon. Its location allows you to easily explore the local area, run by lovely welcoming hosts.

The Beautiful Farm House was lovely, The room was clean and fresh with excellent bed linin. Breakfast was continential. Cereal was limited Muesli or Grinola which was okay for us but not to everyones taste. We were also offered yoghurt to have with our museli. Freshly squeezed orange juice was provided along with fresh seeded bread.
We were made to feel very welcome.
In our room was a folder which provided most of the information we might need during our stay, including local eating places, a plan of the house and emergency contact numbers.
The lane leading to the house has clearly been left untouched for quite some time, so it’s quite uneven and does make for a slow drive down, even in a van. Candy did mention they’ve only recently moved into the farmhouse and haven’t yet had the chance to address the driveway, which explains the current condition.
Tea facilities were provided in our room, including earl grey tea, however, Candy forgot to leave us some milk so we were unable to make an early morning drink.
There was also a jug of water left in our room but didnt have a cover over it. I would have preferred to have had bottled water.

Exceptional stay. Lovely hosts, really beautiful decor and all lovely and clean.
This is more Bovey than Newton, but the setting is spectacular, with plenty of space for a good walk.
They even supply a small fridge.
Just lovely
The drive is a bit bumpy, so drive slowly, but the stay is well worth it.

Wij zijn 2 dagen heel vriendelijk ontvangen op een super rustige plek, kregen een lekker ontbijt en werden goed geholpen.
Een goed vertrekpunt om Dartmoor te verkennen! Bovey Tracey heeft ook alles om aan eten en drinken te geraken vlak bij de B&B.
