- Pool Heating Fee: Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $65 per day. Please note that heating might not be needed between May and September since it is hot in Phoenix.

- Extreme Climate: Phoenix experiences intense summer weather, often exceeding 115 degrees, which can make the house feel warm and may limit daytime pool use.

Depending on traffic, the property is about 5 to 10 minutes away from nearby hiking at North Mountain, 15 to 20 minutes away from Downtown Phoenix, and approximately 20 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
