Summary:

Lake Sutherland Chalet: Fresh tiny home on Lake Sutherland! We are in a private, gated community called Maple Grove. Here, family and friends can make the most precious summertime memories. The Home is centrally located to all the amenities you could ask for.



The Space:

Lake Sutherland Chalet is located in the private gated community of Maple Grove.



The little chalet style tiny home can accommodate up to 4 people (the home next door can also accommodate that many, so if you are traveling with family or friends, you can rent them both out to each have your own space. )



There is one main bedroom with a queen bed and a loft that has 2 twin beds. The loft is low, and small. A good fit for young kids, or room for an adult to sleep. There is 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and small dining table (sits 4 people) and living room. The home is tastefully decorated in a "worldly bohemian" style. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all you meals. The smart TV in the living area has WIFI streaming for you to stream all your favorite networks (there is no cable or satellite). The main floor is 425 square feet and the loft adds an additional 200 more square feet.



NOTE: The loft is only about 4.5 feet tall, but we have had no issues with adults staying up in it. You just need to duck a little!

Outside you have a small deck, an outdoor eating area, and a propane BBQ. We are currently working on updating and landscaping the outdoor space for you to have a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy. It is still lovely for stargazing.



Then there is the main attraction, the beautiful Lake Sutherland! Stroll down to the community grassy beach and play the day away in the warmer waters of our semi private lake. The waters are clear and clean. The lake has many activities from swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, fishing, etc.

We are minutes from Lake Crescent and Olympic National Park. There are so many outdoor adventures just calling your name. Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Boating, Fishing, you name it! The home is centrally located to all the amenities you could ask for. The city of Port Angeles is just 15 miles away for any of your shopping needs, explore the downtown waterfront, dine at the many fine dining establishments, take in a play or the many art galleries, we have numerous wineries to tour and enjoy. Take a whale watching tour or scoot over to the beautiful port of Victoria, B.C. on the Blackball Ferry for the afternoon.

NO Pets, Smoking or Fireworks



Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
