Desk & 2nd Monitor: An office space in bedroom 2 with a second monitor and high-speed fiber internet for the "work-from-anywhere" crowd.

Primary Suite: King bed + huge en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + plenty of natural light.
Bedroom 3: Full bed—perfect for a solo traveler or kids.
Bathrooms: 2.5 total. We have a half-bath on the main floor near the kitchen so you aren't running upstairs while hanging out.

While our listing includes a private, attached 2-car garage, please note that it is a tight fit typical for urban properties. The garage fits up to 2 mid-sized SUVs (or smaller sedans). Any vehicle longer than a standard Jeep Wrangler will not fit.
Over-Sized Vehicles: Free and easily accessible street parking is available directly right outside the building.
Strict Rule: Parallel parking in the alley behind the garage is strictly prohibited at all times. This blocks access and creates a severe fire hazard. Violators risk being towed immediately.
