La ubicación en playa y la estancia agradable y aunque no tiene garaje , aparcar en la calle no es caro El dueño muy atento
El ascensor , el primer tramo hay que usar un ascensor-monta carga Lo único es con tanta calor se queda corto los ventiladores de techo pero por lo demás muy a gusto
