Trebuie luat în calcul faptul ca proprietatea se află într-un cartier liniștit, foarte aproape de gara Mestre și mijloacele de transport în comun ATVO care asigură transportul către Veneția. Totodată, într-o plimbare de 15-20 min se poate ajunge ușor în centrul vechi Mestre.
Camera a fost spațioasă, patul, salteaua, așternuturile confortabile. Am avut un balcon intim cu vedere spre strada.
Baie este extrem de mică, iar în dulap nu am avut umerașe. Doar la cerere, într-un sejur de 8 zile, am primit hârtie igienică, schimbarea coșului de gunoi și înlocuirea prosoapelor.

Private room with attached bathroom was nice and clean! In the area there are a lot of asian restaurants that look really good! The apartment had 4 rooms and a kitchen, ours had the private bathroom, no balcony. Everything was fine, AC working, crispy clean towels.
It took about 10 minutes for someone to open the main gate.
The address is not the one shown here, but 2 blocks away.
There was a particular sound about every 5 minutes (exactly) all night and morning. Sounds like a very light gentle “hammering” but i dont think it was someone hammering. Not loud, doesn’t wake you up, but it was just there.

El edificio es singular y la limpieza es buena. El aire acondicionado es imprescindible, al menos en la época en la que me quedé (septiembre 2026)
La cocina es muy sencilla y el barrio de noche se llena de individuos que no infunden seguridad.

Estaba a 5 minutos de la estación de tren tanto de autobuses, aunque no había ningún sitio típico de Venecia cerca. La cama era muy cómoda con muchos cojines. El baño era pequeño pero suficiente y había aire acondicionado.
No era muy fácil abrir las puertas y el anfitrión tardaba un poco en contestar.
