The Thor Four Winds 22E is a great choice for both first-time and experienced RV travelers. Its compact size makes it easier to drive, park, and maneuver, while still offering the comfort and essentials you need for a relaxing road trip.
This RV comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests and features a practical layout with a rear queen bed, a spacious cab-over bunk above the driver’s area, and a dinette that converts into an additional sleeping space. Fresh sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided so you can settle in comfortably.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, along with a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator/freezer so you can prepare meals wherever your trip takes you.
The full bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, towels, RV-safe toilet paper, and basic soap, making it easy to travel comfortably without relying only on campground facilities.

Pickup & Convenience
We offer convenient pickup and drop-off locations near LAX and Burbank Airport, making travel easy for both local and visiting renters.
Optional grocery pre-stocking service is also available so your refrigerator can be fully stocked when you arrive. Service fee plus cost of groceries applies.
Every rental is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and carefully prepared to ensure a comfortable and stress-free travel experience.
House Rules & Rental Guidelines
NO SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Evidence of smoking, including odors, ashes, or burns, will result in a minimum $500 cleaning and odor removal fee.
PETS
Pets are welcome with prior approval and the required pet cleaning add-on. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by pets, including scratches, stains, odors, or other damage.
FESTIVALS & LARGE EVENTS
Use of the RV for music festivals, large events, or parties is not permitted without prior approval. Festival and large-event bookings are subject to different rates, terms, and deposit requirements.
ROOF ACCESS
Climbing or walking on the RV roof is not allowed.
AWNING USE
The RV awning should never be left open unattended and must be retracted during wind, rain, or overnight. Wind can damage awnings very quickly. Any damage to the awning during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
SEPTIC TANKS
Black and gray tanks must be emptied prior to returning the RV unless the septic tank service add-on was purchased. Failure to empty the tanks may result in a service fee.
TOILET USE
Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials. Damage or clogs caused by improper use will be the renter’s responsibility.
FUEL POLICY
The RV must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. If the tank is not refilled, the renter will be charged for the cost of the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee.
CLEANING
The RV should be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, odors, or trash may result in additional cleaning fees.
AUTHORIZED DRIVERS
Only drivers approved through Outdoorsy are permitted to operate the RV.
NO OFF-ROAD DRIVING
The RV may only be driven on paved and maintained roads. Off-road driving, sand dunes, mud, or unmaintained terrain is not permitted.
PICKUP / DROP-OFF POLICY
Standard pickup and return window is 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. Any pickup or return outside these hours requires prior approval and may incur an additional fee. Early pickup and late return add-ons are available when approved in advance.
DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period, including interior damage, exterior damage, and damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow RV instructions.
Please treat the RV with care so it remains a wonderful travel experience for future guests.
