The property is new, so all the furnishings were in excellent condition, and it still had that lovely new-paint smell. It was also very well equipped, with plenty of storage and all the amenities we needed. The additional toilet downstairs was particularly useful.
The bed was very comfortable, as was the large sofa bed. Parking was excellent, with enough space for two cars. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the gas BBQ is a great addition. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we weren’t able to make use of it during our stay.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you Ana for having us.
A few things to be aware of: the main bedroom upstairs and the staircase have sloping ceilings, so this may not be ideal for taller guests. At 5'2", I still managed to bump my head a few times when walking up the stairs! The bathroom is also fairly small but enough for a couple or small family.
The property is located next to Selden Farm, so it is quite rural and there isn’t much nearby, even if you simply want to go for a walk. The main bedroom also became quite warm, even though the weather outside was relatively cool, and we did notice quite a few mosquitoes during our stay. (Left with a fair few bites!)
These are worth considering when booking, particularly if you prefer somewhere with nearby amenities or are sensitive to heat or insects.

Beautiful location , peaceful & quiet , right near the woods for long walks . Very clean & tidy with a well equipped kitchen .Comfortable bed along with fresh towels & toiletries if needed .
Everything was there that we needed & nothing to dislike really but if being really fussy a towel in the downstairs toilet & a mirror near a plug upstairs for drying your hair .

Beautiful setting, had everything we needed.
It’s a shame the courtyard has solid fence as the surroundings are gorgeous, but it’s good if you want privacy.

Very clean, spacious and in a lovely location.
Not much to not like. Shower would not run hot, unfortunately.
Could do with nearby attractions, take aways etc listed.
