This place is scam! i reserved thru Booking, after that i was not able reach the property via phone, whatsupp.
Luckily i had a US phone number to reach out to Booking customer service to report about this scam place!!!

Convenient for short notice

Mein dringender Rat: Hände weg von dieser Unterkunft!

ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN – VORSICHT VOR DIESER UNTERKUNFT!
Ich kann von dieser Unterkunft nur dringend abraten. Meine Erfahrung war eine absolute Katastrophe.
Am Tag des geplanten Check-ins war ich bereits deutlich vor der vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort. Der Check-in sollte um 14:00 Uhr erfolgen. Trotzdem war niemand erreichbar. Die angegebene Telefonnummer nahm meine Anrufe nicht ordnungsgemäß entgegen und teilte mir lediglich mit, dass ich mich über WhatsApp melden solle. Genau das habe ich umgehend getan – trotzdem erhielt ich keinerlei Rückmeldung.
Auch meine Freunde haben mehrfach versucht, über eine andere Telefonnummer Kontakt aufzunehmen. Ohne Erfolg. Niemand war erreichbar und niemand kümmerte sich darum, mir den Zugang zur Unterkunft zu ermöglichen.
Ich habe anschließend mehrfach versucht, über Booking.com Kontakt aufzunehmen und habe sogar drei E-Mails inklusive Screenshots als Beweismaterial geschickt. Von etwa 12:00 Uhr bis 17:30 Uhr war ich mit meinem Gepäck in Almaty in der Nähe der angegebenen Adresse und wartete vergeblich auf eine Möglichkeit, einzuchecken.
Am Ende blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als kurzfristig ein anderes und teureres Hotel zu buchen.
Besonders dreist ist jedoch die anschließende Darstellung des Gastgebers gegenüber Booking.com: Dort wurde offenbar behauptet, dass ich zum Check-in nicht erschienen sei. Das entspricht nachweislich nicht der Wahrheit. Ich verfüge über entsprechende Beweise für meine Ankunft, meine Kontaktversuche, die Nachrichten sowie die Screenshots meiner Kommunikation mit Booking.com.
Darüber hinaus wurde mir nach meiner Erfahrung keine funktionierende Möglichkeit für einen tatsächlichen Check-in zur Verfügung gestellt. Unter diesen Umständen ist für mich völlig unverständlich, wie diese Unterkunft überhaupt seriös betrieben werden kann.
