Meet Helen! This is our pride and joy - a very well kept and cared for E250 Econoline. It is extremely comfortable and nice to drive, has cool retro written all over it, and comes with everything you need to enjoy a trip on Vancouver Island! With a full height roof (6’1” of standing height), and a full table that folds into a king-size bed, it really is a home on wheels. There are string lights in the roof, the AC blows cold, and the upgraded sound system does Bluetooth and auxiliary! There are storage drawers underneath the bed/table that hold 1. full size standing barbecue AND 2-burner stove (both use the same style propane cylinder) 2 full set of knives and cutting board 3. Cutlery 4. Lanterns 5. Bowls pots and pans 6. Emergency kit (jumper cables, air pump, fix a flat, and other accoutrements) 7. Linens, blankets and pillows 8. Towels and facecloths 9. 20L freshwater jug 10. Large size cooler/eski 11. Marshmallow roaster There is also a 6’ folding table, 2 oversized and very comfortable camping chairs, and some other included add ons that make life better - a battery powered fan, a collapsible sink to wash dishes in, a Bookworm reading light, a windshield sunshade, a steering wheel lock, a phone holder mounted in dashboard, as well as many other pleasant surprises that will await you once you meet Helen! If you are looking for a super cozy ride that exudes good vibes, Helen is a great contender. The people love her! With the barbecue/stovetop set up you can cook some absolutely gourmet meals in pristine locations around the island. Please note we love Helen like family so we want her to be treated with care while in your hands. Travelling on rough roads/logging roads is not permitted. The van is 19.3 feet long - about 3 feet longer than the average minivan; extra care must be taken when rounding corners and making turns.
