I can highly recommend this hotel!
A special thank you to the lady at the reception, who speaks English and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. She helped me with all of my questions and arrangements regarding Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie National Park, tickets, transportation, and everything else I needed. She made my stay so much easier and stress-free, and I really appreciated her support!
The room was very clean, with daily cleaning and a very comfortable bed. I also really liked the design of the room – it was modern, stylish, and very pleasant to stay in.
The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is practically right next to Zhangjiajie National Park, only about a 2-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which makes the location very convenient.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The friendly and helpful service, clean and comfortable room, beautiful design, and perfect location made my experience in Zhangjiajie much easier and more enjoyable.
I would definitely stay here again.
