- Hot Tub was great and the backdrop and lights were a nice touch
When we first arrived there was turf at the front door that went under the hot tub, the issue was there were a load of dried leaves and autumn remains on the ground, this caused issues when getting in and out of the hot tub as your feet get dirty really quick. This could have been resolved if this was swept up prior to us arriving.
The smell outside the cottage would often be bad, I can imagine it was the septic tank.
Inside of the cottage, initially it looked great but as we were checking out the rooms, it was evident that it had not been cleaned properly as there were marks on the wardrobe and the bathroom floor. There were cob webs in every room with multiple spiders. One of the sofas had no padding and you were sitting on the wooden frame. There was food remains in the gaps in the table which was disgusting.
Inside of the cupboards were marks where sauce hasn’t been cleaned up and the toaster was filthy.
In the second bedroom there were some children’s socks in the bedside drawer which again indicates someone has not looked at the property properly when being cleaned.
