Both the day and nights receptionists deserve recognition for their warm welcome and great customer service. In particular, the lady working the evening during my stay was impeccable. In-between checking in customers and organising the books - she would spend time chatting to me outside whilst I smoked cigarettes, where there is a lovely swing bench with great views of Tailam Soo. She seemed genuinely interested in my travels and shared a lot about the history of the city and the mountain. The room was small, but confortable. Whilst travelling central Asia this was the first Smart TV that actually worked. The view from the room was incredible, and the other guests were discreet and allowed for a great rest here. Late checkout was easy to organise and the reception team held my baggage for over 12 hours whilst I waited for my flight back to Tashkent.
As someone with lots of baggage, an elevator would be nice. That's the only complaint I can say about Comfort Hotel. Otherwise it's an amazing hotel.
