An absolutely wonderful stay in Ella! ❤️
A huge heartfelt thank you to Eranda, Lakmini, Ragu and Samantha for their exceptional welcome, kindness and incredible availability. They went far beyond simply welcoming us, they truly looked after us throughout our stay and helped us tremendously with arranging our transportation and getting around.
Their care, advice and generous help really made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. We are truly grateful for everything they did for us.

Super accueil au 7art villas. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, nous avons pu aller à pied en très peu de temps depuis l’hôtel au 9 arch bridge et au Little Adam’s Peak. Nous avons même pu y observer nos premiers caméléons et lucioles ! Un grand merci également à Samanthe, pour sa bienveillance et sa sympathie chaleureuse.
Petit bémol sur la piscine qui pourrait être nettoyée plus régulièrement dans la journée.

7Art Villa is a lovely place to stay for a few days in Ella. It is located a little outside the centre, but the beautiful setting in the middle of nature more than makes up for it. A tuk-tuk will take you to the town centre in just a few minutes.
The staff are very friendly and genuinely do their best to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast is also very good.
We really enjoyed our stay at 7Art Villa and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place surrounded by nature.
A shower curtain and a floor squeegee in the bathroom would be a useful addition, as the bathroom can get quite wet after showering.

Het vakantiehuis zag er zeer netjes uit. De bedden waren top
De weg er naartoe is niet toegankelijk voor wat grotere busjes.
De manager communiceert niet!
Ik had een huis geboekt met 3 slaapkamers. Bij aankomst waren het er maar 2. Ik geef dit aan hem door en laat zien wat ik wel geboekt heb. Hij maakt daar foto’s van en gaat overleggen met zijn baas. Vervolgens nooit meer wat van gehoord of ik nog een compensatie krijg. Want dit is niet wat ik geboekt heb. Bij het betalen van de accommodatie zegt de manager mijn apparaat is stuk heb je cash. Ik leg uit niet zoveel te hebben en vindt het raar dat hij mij dit niet eerder laat weten. Staat in de boeking volgens hem!
Nou niet in mijn boeking. Ik heb het op kunnen lossen dat mijn tour gids het resterende even voorschoot. Maar hij jaagt mij op kosten (cash pinnen kost geld) en had hij het eerder gecommuniceerd, was ik niet voor deze verrassing komen te staan.
Veder wil hij je paspoort als onderpand. Ik heb geweigerd want dit is niet de gang van zaken. Als ik me ergens moet legitimeren heb ik niks om dat te doen.
