Amazing location beautiful view
Kitchen was very limited and basic, and whatever we lacked we needed to ask the owner who did not always have it. AC wasn’t working for the top floor and power went down few times. Also the cute kids and owners were making noise very close to the rooms so it affected the tranquility of the location. Overall we paid too much for a private villa which was not very private eventually

A truly beautiful place to stay! The host and the woman who works with the reservations were both incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They helped us figure out the best routes and gave us useful advice, which we really appreciated.
The host and her husband also took great care of us during our stay and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Such a beautiful little spot right on Lake Komani and the perfect place to switch off and relax. The accommodation was really cute and had everything we needed.
The host family lives on-site and were so lovely. They were super welcoming, helpful and proactive throughout our stay, and they also organised a day trip for us to Shala River which was amazing and definitely a highlight!
We got there through Berisha Tours from Shkodër — we booked the bus and then the Berisha ferry return and they picked us up and dropped us straight at the accommodation, which made getting there and back really easy.
The lake is literally right in front of the accommodation and was perfect for swimming and relaxing. It’s also much quieter than staying around Shala River, which we really liked.
Just a heads up that there’s no shops available at the accommodation, so definitely bring groceries with you. There is a restaurant nearby and the hosts can organise a boat to take you if needed.
Overall, such a peaceful and beautiful place with amazing hosts. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again! ❤️
Small issues with the power tripping on and off often and a couple flies inside due to the heat. Otherwise no issues 👍

Great location, amazing views.
The location is by Koman lakeside and there are no shops or restaurants but they can arrange to take you to a nearby restaurant by boat on request.
There is no wifi inside, it only works outside the rooms.
On one of the days, when we went to Shala river, we noticed that our room was accessed by the staff and they had made coffees in the kitchen.
The bed is on the top floor but AC is in the living area downstairs, it gets extremely hot during summers to sleep upstairs as we can’t even keep windows open due to insects coming in.
There is a small chilling area outside with an umbrella but is always occupied by the family on site.
Little to no privacy as there are over 6 kids on the property running in and around.
