Gorgeous apartment only ten minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of the old town and five minutes to the tram station. The apartment was modern and clean with excellent facilities. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. We loved the roof terrace particularly late afternoon where we were able to sit in the sunshine with a drink looking at the castle. We would most definitely book this accommodation again if we were visiting Alicante. Communication with the owner was very good prior to us arriving also.
The properties around the apartment were a little bit run down and tatty but wouldn’t put us off coming back.

Desde el primer momento de haber reservado, la atención por parte del anfitrión ha sido excelente.
Explicación al detalle tanto de la ubicación, instrucciones para check-in/check-out, las normas a seguir y contestando a todas las dudas que pudieran surgir a lo largo de la estancia.
Tuvimos un pequeño percance en nuestra llegada y en cuanto lo comentamos, la solución fue rapidísima y efectiva.
Nos encontramos con un par detalles al llegar, que siempre se agradecen 🥰

Increíbles vistas al castillo desde la terraza de arriba.(Es comunitaria)
La ubicación es perfecta, a unos 5 minutos andando del mercado central. Desde el cuál encontrareis paradas de autobuses si quisierais ir a otras partes de la ciudad sin caminar.
También puedes encontrar en un ratio de entre 10 y 15 minutos andando varios supermercados como carrefour express, mercadona, tiendas 24horas...
Variedad de restaurantes en calles próximas al edificio.
Avenida con más cafeterías, tiendas, restaurantes, etc hasta llegar al paseo marítimo y playa en cuestión de menos de 20 minutos andando (depende de lo que te entretengas por el camino😅)
El apartamento es perfecto, limpio, todo nuevo y de calidad.
Salón/comedor/cocina en el mismo habitáculo.
Perchero en la entrada.
Mesa bastante grande con sillas alrededor.
La cocina dispone de un gran frigorífico y congelador, diferentes utensilios para cocinar, como sartenes, ollas, cubiertos, platos, vasos, tazas..., cafetera (dolce gusto), tostador, kettle (hervidor de agua), microondas y vitrocerámica con extractor.
El sofá/cama comodisimo en ambas versiones.
El aseo cuenta con su lavabo, WC, y plato de ducha de fácil acceso. Las duchas, presión y temperatura del agua van a la perfección.
También cuenta con secador de pelo, toiletries y toallas.
La habitación tiene un armario enorme, con espacio suficiente para colgar, doblar y almacenar, ropa, maletas, mochilas...
Nada que sea en relación al anfitrión o alojamiento.
