リニューアルしたてだと思うが部屋がきれいで、立地もよかった。エレベーターもタッチセンサーがないと動かないものでセキュリティーもよいと思う。屋上にプールもあった。
スタジオタイプの部屋だったが。台所にIHコンロが一台棚にしまってるのみで、他にキッチン用品はコーヒーカップ2個が無造作に置いてあるだけだった。掃除は4泊したが頼めばやってくれたが、ごみとバスタオルは毎日変えてほしかった。 Mecon Hotel　と同じ場所にあり、Mecon Hotelを目印に行くとよい。
