The flat is simple, stylish, and exactly what most Denver travelers actually need: a comfortable queen bedroom, full bathroom, cozy living room, flatscreen TV, fast Wi-Fi, AC, and a small balcony for fresh air. The living space has a couch and seating area, and the kitchenette includes a sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, and basic utensils.
A quick note so expectations are clear: this is not a full kitchen. There is no stove, oven, dishwasher, or laundry. It is best for guests who want a clean, private, well-located place to sleep, shower, work, stream, make coffee, store leftovers, and head back out into the neighborhood.
Guests enter through a shared exterior entrance, then use a private code for the flat’s separate door. The home may have guests staying in the top unit or basement unit at the same time, so we ask everyone to be respectful and mindful of noise, especially in the shared entry area and during quiet hours.
