Welcome to Villa Sueños: a fully renovated family villa in the quiet, green neighbourhood of Costa Nova in Jávea. Here you’ll find all the peace and space to relax together, while the beach, the harbour and the town centre are just a few minutes’ drive away.

The villa

Villa Sueños has approximately 191 m² of living space and is set up for a maximum of 6 guests. By arrangement, 2 extra guests are possible for an additional fee. Inside you’ll find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating for comfort in every season, and fast free wifi. Your stay is just as pleasant in summer as it is in spring and autumn.

With two parents’ bedrooms and a bunk bed room, the villa is perfect for a family with children, or for two friendly families holidaying together.

Outdoor living

The heart of Villa Sueños is outside. The 5 x 10 metre private pool sits in the middle of the mature garden with olive trees. There is plenty of space to sunbathe, read or watch the children play. Next to the pool is an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, so you can cook and eat outside without constantly going indoors.

The spacious covered naya is your outdoor living room, all year round. In summer you sit here in the shade, and on cooler days you close the glass wall for a cosy spot overlooking the garden. This is where you linger over breakfast and talk for hours in the evening.

Our favourite moment

When the sun sets and it cools down, Costa Nova becomes wonderfully quiet. Light the barbecue, pour a glass of wine and stay outside a little longer. Away from the city lights, on clear evenings you’ll see the stars above the olive trees.

Parking

You park in your own private, enclosed space on the property. For a second car, there is ample parking on the street.

The surroundings

Costa Nova is a quiet, green residential area on the edge of Jávea. Yet everything is within easy reach:

Playa del Arenal, the sandy beach with restaurants and terraces: approximately 10 minutes by car
Jávea harbour with fish restaurants and the weekly market: approximately 10 minutes
The historic centre with narrow streets and the covered market hall: approximately 10 minutes
The Montgó, the nature park for walks with views over the coast: just around the corner
Supermarkets: within a few minutes’ drive
Alicante or Valencia airport: approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car

The most beautiful coves of the Costa Blanca, such as Cala Granadella and the Portitxol, are a short distance away. They are ideal for snorkelling, kayaking or simply enjoying the crystal-clear water.

Suitable for

Families and couples looking for peace, sun and space. The villa is not suitable for groups of friends or parties.

Good to know

Villa Sueños is located in a quiet residential area, and we want both the neighbours and you to continue enjoying that peace. That’s why we have a few house rules:

The main booker is at least 28 years old and present for the entire stay
No parties or events
No pets and no smoking
Quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00
No glassware at the pool, for everyone’s safety and bare feet

Before arrival, we ask for a copy of a valid ID of all guests. This is a legal requirement in Spain.

A personal welcome

Villa Sueños is managed by Casa Care Costa Blanca. We live in Jávea ourselves, welcome you personally on arrival and are always available during your stay for questions or tips about the area.
