Comfortably sleeping 4 with two queen beds, it pairs unobstructed Atlantic sunrise views from a private balcony with beach access, resort pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, free Wi-Fi, and free parking for one vehicle.

THE CONDO
Natural light, coastal decor, and wide ocean-and-beach views set the tone in this modern retreat. The open living area looks out through sliding balcony doors, creating an easy place to unwind after the beach or settle in for a movie night.

• Living area: Comfortable sofa, reading chair, HDTV with premium cable and streaming services, books, board games, free Wi-Fi, and an Ethernet connection for work or leisure.
• Kitchenette: Kitchen with a 2-burner electric stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cooking basics, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, wine glasses, and a dining table. Please note: there is no oven.
• Bedroom: Two plush queen beds, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and closet/dresser storage.
• Bathroom: Renovated full bathroom with a tile shower, double vanity, hot water, starter toiletries, hair dryer, and iron.
• Private balcony: Sip coffee while taking in unobstructed Atlantic Ocean sunrise views.

Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan support year-round comfort. The building elevator makes reaching this 5th-floor condo easy.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

THE RESORT
Enjoy full, private access to the entire condo through self check-in with a keypad entry. Your stay also includes resort wristbands and access to Beach Cove Resort amenities, including direct beachfront access, multiple outdoor pools, a scenic lazy river, a heated indoor pool, and hot tubs—all inviting options for family splash time or a relaxing break from the beach.

One vehicle may park free in the resort’s secure on-site parking garage. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available on the resort’s P Level.

The Fitness Center, arcade, and on-site dining areas are reserved for property owners and are not available to guests. The poolside beach bar is open to all guests for made-to-order food and beverages.
INTERACTION WITH HOST
We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. The condo features self check-in, and you will have the entire place to yourselves. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guest stays. A starter supply of kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags is provided to help you settle in. Cleaning is also available during your stay.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided, but may be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.

Extended stays are welcome, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. $200 Fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 4 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
