THE CONDO
Natural light, seafoam-and-white coastal decor, and sweeping ocean-and-beach views set the tone for this bright, modern condo. Sliding doors connect the open living area to your private balcony, where you can enjoy unobstructed Atlantic sunrises.

• Living area: A comfortable full sofa, HDTV, free Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, and extensive streaming options, including Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, Fire TV, premium cable, and more.
• Kitchenette: An electric 2-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and dining table. Please note: there is no oven or dishwasher.
• Sleeping area: Two plush queen beds, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, plus closet and dresser storage.
• Bathroom: A renovated full bathroom with a tile shower/tub combination, double vanity, starter toiletries, hair dryer, and iron.

Board games are provided for a relaxed night in. Central air conditioning and heating help
keep the condo comfortable year-round.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

THE RESORT
You’ll have full, private access to the entire condo through self check-in with a keypad and private entrance. Resort wristbands provide access to shared beach access, multiple outdoor pools, the lazy river, heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sun loungers, and one free parking space in the secure on-site parking garage.

Paid washer and dryer facilities are available on the resort’s P Level. The fitness center, arcade, and on-site dining areas are reserved for property owners and are not available to guests. The poolside beach bar is open to all guests for made-to-order food and beverages.

INTERACTION WITH THE HOST
We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. The condo features self check-in, and you will have the entire place to yourselves. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays, with cleaning also available during your stay. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags is provided to help you settle in.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided, though they may be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach. Long-term stays are welcome, and weekly or monthly discounts are available.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. $200 Fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 4 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
