Make yourself at home and relax at this renovated Studio condo at the Grand Traverse Resort “The Shores”. This condo is facing West, with sunset views over the water. Located on 600 sandy feet of East Grand Traverse Bay, this condo is a water and beach lover’s dream. Three world-class championship golf courses are less than ½ mile away at the Grand Traverse Resort. An additional beach area (Acme park) is right next to the condo complex and offers picnic areas, a playground and grills. This wonderful condo is close to everything that the Traverse City area has to offer: amazing beaches, professional golf courses, more than 3 dozen wineries, great restaurants and fantastic shopping.
This second floor, nature and water-view condo features a deck with access from the living room / bedroom. This condo is best suited for 2 people. There is one 55 inch flat screen TV's and a full bath. The kitchenette offers a microwave, full-size refrigerator, 2 burner stove and washer and dryer.
Please note that access to the Grand Traverse Resort amenities (such as tennis, gym, the pool by the beach & beach chairs) are not included. The spa, golf courses, restaurants, and casino are open to the public and therefore are available for guests to use.
