We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Bath Towels, Hand towels, wash cloths, and makeup remover cloths are and spa towels for the hot tub also provided. The bath towels are not for lake use, please bring extra towels for the lake.

We are also pleased to offer an EV Charger for our guests with electric vehicles (Nema 14-50, 240 Volt) located in front of the cabin. Please note that guest must bring their own cord/adapter.

Up to 2 vehicles can park on the driveway. Please park your cars appropriately, do not block snowplows or park anywhere on the street, fines for blocking street during snow conditions is $150+ or possibility of being towed.

Like many cabins in Big Bear, our cabin doesn’t have A/C. While mountain air usually keeps it comfortable, it can get warm on some summer days, so we provide a portable A/C unit and encourage guests to open windows to help keep the cabin pleasant.

While we love pets, to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that no pets be brought to the property.

HOT TUB RULES:
-The hot tub is available to use during the hours of 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.
-4 people capacity
-We provide tan/white stripped towels located in the closet to use for the hot tub, please do not use the grey towels
-When not in use, set the hot tub temperature between 100-104 degrees and put the cover on (DO NOT Completely Turn Off)
-The hot tub is chemically serviced and cleaned regularly and has been properly cleaned in advance of your arrival. However, we sometimes experience winds that can cause debris from surrounding trees and other materials to fall into the hot tub. Please advise us if the hot tub is not clean, and we will make every effort to contact a spa cleaner, but please understand that WE CANNOT GUARANTEE that the spa cleaner will be able to return to the property.
-NO glass containers may be used near the hot tub.
-NO liquids, soaps, bath bombs, bubble baths, or additives of any kind are allowed in the hot tub.
-Guests will be charged a $150 fee if any of the aforementioned is discovered -Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Excess sand/ dirt causes the spa to turn green. If excess sand/dirt are discovered guests will be charged a $150 service fee. In the event of any damages caused by tampering, the guest shall be responsible for the cost of said damages.
