Villa Vista Mondragó is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Portopetro, Santanyí, Mallorca. With 280 m², this villa accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with air conditioning (hot/cold), en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the garden. The house is spread over 2 floors: the bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the main living and dining area is upstairs, connected to a well-equipped kitchen. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, smart TV so you can connect your Netflix account, video on demand, washing machine, and dryer. High chair and cot are available for an extra fee. Self check-in makes your arrival easy.
Enjoy the private garden, a peaceful space for relaxing outdoors. The first floor opens onto a large covered terrace with dining and lounge areas, ideal for outdoor meals with partial sea views. A rooftop sun terrace offers a place to sunbathe and unwind. You also have a private barbecue at your disposal.
There is private parking on the property and on the street. Events and parties are not allowed. Please note there is a steep spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for everyone. A car is recommended, but transfers can be arranged.
The beautiful coves Cala Barca, Caló de sa Torre, and Calo den Burgit are just a 5-10 minute walk away. The natural surroundings of Mondragó Park are nearby, where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters and protected landscapes. Cleaning service during your stay, car rental, and airport transfer are available for an extra fee. IMPORTANT: During the second half of October (from October 12th), there is a Heavy Metal festival in the area, so there may be music until midnight on those days.
