About this house rental
Escape to this charming waterfront home on Lake Sabattus, where you’ll have front-row access to the water, beautiful views, and plenty of space for your family. With plenty of parking and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
The space
Start your day in the bright sunroom overlooking the lake—perfect for coffee, reading, or board games. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a cozy living room (Smart TV), dining space, and a charming library nook.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, plus both drip and French press coffee makers and a selection of spices.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with stunning lake views
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (twin over full + twin trundle)
Additional Sleeping: Pull-out couch in upstairs living room
Bathrooms: 1 full (tub/shower combo) + 1 half bath
Extras: Washer/dryer, Smart TVs, games space
Outdoor Living
This is where the home truly shines:
Private dock with stairs into sandy-bottom water
Fire pit with Adirondack chairs
Gazebo for shade and relaxing
Outdoor picnic table for meals by the lake
Perfect for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying sunset views.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the home, yard, and dock. Parking available for up to 6 vehicles.
We do dock our boat on the left side of the dock. This is not available for guests. If you would like to bring your own boat, the right side of the dock can hold up to a 20’ boat. There is a one time $100 charge for your stay to bring your own boat (we are not liable for your boat while it is on property). Just let me know at time of booking and I’ll add the note and charge

Sabattus Lake is just under 2000 acres and an average depth of 19’. Great for recreational activities.
Quiet, relaxing area (ideal for unwinding rather than parties). We have neighbors on both sides. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am
