In extreme weather: Please note that although we do hire services to regularly shovel walkways and plow the driveway, these services may not come out until after the storm is over. There is a snow shovel available on the front deck. Also, as in all mountain homes, electricity may be compromised in a snowstorm.

Beware of mountain wildlife (including insects!) in the area. Bears are the locals! Lock your vehicles and do not leave any food or trash unattended outside.
Please be aware that sound carries when you are in the hot tub and be considerate of the full time residents in the neighborhood. Plan ahead to be out of the hot tub when quiet hours start at 9pm.
Please make sure all exterior lights are turned off by 9pm as well.
Please no not park in the street at any time.
Please make sure to put away all food and trash and lock your cars.
