That's the feeling we built this house around. Greystone Villa sits right on the sand in Exuma, Bahamas, with seven bedrooms spread across the main house and a private beach cottage, so there's room for everyone to spread out, sleep well, and still gather together when it matters. Whether you're bringing three generations of family, a group of old friends, or a mix of both, the space is designed so nobody feels like they're on top of each other — and nobody feels left out of the fun either. Days here move at whatever pace your group wants. Some mornings you'll want nothing more than the infinity pool and a good book. Others, you'll wander straight down to the beach for a swim before breakfast. Exuma's surrounding islands and cays are known for some of the bluest water in the world, with spots like Sandy Cay — the postcard-perfect cay where Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed — well worth exploring during your stay. Just a boat ride away on Stocking Island, Chat 'n' Chill is the island's laid-back beach bar staple, famous for its conch salad, beach volleyball, and the chance to swim with the local pigs. Hungry and don't feel like cooking? Chef Kevas offers in-house meal service, and we're happy to provide her contact information upon request. It's the kind of touch that turns a vacation rental into an actual vacation. Evenings at Greystone are their own reward. Our family had a wonderful time at the Greystone! Accommodations were superb, service and house management provided by Sharell was top notch. She had everything ready for us and was extremely accommodating at our most unorganized times. We loved every part of our trip and staying at the Greystone!

Excellent property with plenty of living and sleeping space. Only issue we had was hot tub was out of service due to failed component and no grill while we were there as they had to order a meq one which was not arriving until after we left. House manager was wonderful to deal with. Beachfront was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.

We came with a group of friends for my 40th birthday and had the most fun. Great location, great pool and great beach front property. Highly recommended.
