About this apartment rental

Old Town East is one of Columbus's most historic neighborhoods, known for its stunning Victorian architecture, tree-lined streets, and growing dining and arts scene. Just minutes from Downtown, Franklin Park Conservatory, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and the Short North, it's the perfect home base for exploring the city while enjoying the charm of a historic community.

Getting around is easy! Downtown Columbus is just minutes away by car or rideshare. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and COTA bus stops are nearby for convenient public transit. Franklin Park Conservatory, local coffee shops, restaurants, and neighborhood parks are within walking or biking distance, making Old Town East a great base for exploring Columbus.

Please Note: This apartment is in a beautifully restored historic mansion with all the charm—and quirks—of an older home. The apartment is accessible only by stairs and is located on the 3rd floor. If you love historic character and unique spaces, we think you'll feel right at home!
