Discover this 4 bedroom house in Martinez Lake with a dock with room for 2 boats and jet ski port. With 3 king beds and 1 twin bunk room, guests enjoy plenty of space to relax and unwind. The charming interior boasts a large kitchen, large living room with 98" TV with heating and air conditioning. There are 3 patios overlooking the Colorado river. The patio on 3rd floor has comfortable seating, picnic table and a Blackstone flat grill. 4 bathrooms make mornings easy for everyone. Whether you’re resting after a day of being on the water or simply enjoying downtime, this fantastic home offers a peaceful retreat.
