Your Florida vacation starts here! Little Ray of Sunshine is a spacious 8-bedroom, 5-bath vacation home located in Solterra Resort and designed for large families, multi-family vacations, reunions, and group getaways.



With a private pool and spa, game room, fun themed bedrooms, multiple living areas, and access to resort amenities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.



PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE



With 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, your group will have plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together.



The home features a combination of comfortable adult bedrooms and fun themed rooms for the kids. Multiple living and lounge areas provide additional space to relax, and smart TVs throughout the home make it easy for everyone to enjoy some downtime after a busy day.



A KITCHEN MADE FOR LARGE GROUPS



Preparing meals for a crowd is much easier here! The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, and the essentials you’ll need during your stay.



One of our favorite features for large groups is having TWO full-size refrigerators and TWO dishwashers!



You’ll have plenty of room for groceries, drinks, snacks, and meal prep without trying to fit everything into one refrigerator. The spacious dining area also gives everyone a place to gather for meals, morning coffee, or planning the day’s adventures.



GAME ROOM & THEMED BEDROOMS



The fun doesn’t have to stop when you leave the parks!



Enjoy our dedicated game room, themed bedrooms, and additional living spaces where kids and adults can hang out, play, and relax.



The themed rooms add a little extra magic for younger guests, while the adult bedrooms provide comfortable spaces to unwind and recharge.



YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL & SPA



After a day exploring Orlando, come home and relax in your own screened private pool and spa.



Spend the afternoon lounging poolside, let the kids splash around, or unwind in the spa in the evening.



Optional pool heat is available for an additional $35 per day and can be added upon request.



SOLTERRA RESORT AMENITIES



Guests can also enjoy the wonderful amenities available at Solterra Resort, including a resort-style pool, waterslide, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, and playground.



Please note: Solterra Resort charges a separate resort amenity fee based on the number of guests. This fee is charged by the resort and is not included in the nightly rate.

Little Ray of Sunshine is a great home base for exploring Central Florida.



Enjoy convenient access to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, ChampionsGate, golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and other Orlando-area attractions.



With easy access to I-4, getting around the area is convenient. And if you’re ready for a break from the theme parks, Cocoa Beach makes a fun Florida day trip.
