The Neighborhood:
The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!
Guests of different short-term rental groups will need to share driveway access with the two other rental homes on the property, dependent on the reservation schedule. Regardless of the reservation schedule, two parking spaces underneath the house are reserved for this house. Parking spaces and driveway are tight, compact vehicles are the only option.

The apartment was in a great location in walking distance to a lot. We were not able to eat in or open a bottle of wine however as there was no wine tool and no silverware at all. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. Thank you.

Wonderful stay. Great location… easy walk to attractions. Neighborhood felt very safe. There are lots of younger folks around (colleges nearby). Lots of restaurants on King and Meeting which is a very short walk. Loved that they provided little white noise machines which help with any street noise.. which wasn’t an issue. The property is updated and very cute. Loved the scented toiletries provided-rum body wash, peppermint shampoo, cinnamon conditioner. Coffee provided made it easy as well… love the Nespresso coffee machine. Furniture was comfortable and smart TVs allowed us to sign in and watch the MLB playoffs. The host was awesome…making sure we were all set and was readily available if we needed anything. Keypad on the door made it easy to get checked in. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Air conditioning worked great. Can’t think of anything they could do to improve it.
