Located in the upper unit of a duplex. You may occasionally hear guests in the lower apartment.

Window air conditioning provides excellent cooling but is louder than central air.

This is an older Pittsburgh home with modern updates and some original character.

Two bathrooms each feature showers only (no bathtubs).

The neighborhood is hilly and not easily walkable for most visitors.

Like any city location, you may occasionally hear normal urban sounds such as traffic, emergency vehicles, trains, or neighbors.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
