House Rules

Please review and follow these house rules to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

- No parties or events at any time, including loud music or unregistered visitors.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM — please be mindful of neighbors and community guidelines..
- No smoking inside the unit or directly outside the entrance
- Furniture must remain in its original placement; rearranging is not allowed.
- Respect check-in and check-out times — early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval. Comes with a small $45 fee.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please treat the home with care and report any issues promptly.

Pre-Arrival Requirements

To help ensure a smooth and secure check-in, the primary guest will be required to complete our online pre-arrival verification before check-in, which includes:

- Providing a valid government-issued ID for verification
- Signing the Rental Agreement
- Completing the required security deposit

These steps can be completed securely online through the personal Guest Portal provided after booking. Completion is required to access the check-in instructions and property access information.

Important Note:

Violations of the house rules, including but not limited to parties, smoking, unauthorized guests, or excessive disturbances, may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of up to $500 per violation.

Security Deposit:

A damage deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days before arrival. This will be collected and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, assuming no policy violations. Your deposit will be refunded, subject to a property inspection.
