Great holiday home in beautiful surroundings by the fjord Sørfjorden south of Bodø. The holiday home is located on a sunny and child-friendly plot, with a large terrace with a great view and an outdoor hot tub. Boat for rent. The house was built in 1930, nicely restored in 2010, and was previously a small farm. Now the buildings have been restored and decorated and appear as a holiday gem. The house has a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and separate toilet room that can be used as a bathroom. In the living room there is a heat pump and wood stove. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds in each room. One of the bedrooms has access. In the garage, in the extension, there is a separate room with a seating area and a double bed 1.50 m wide. In the disused operating building, there is a living room with a fireplace on the 1st floor with a seating area and a double bed 1.20 m wide. At the barn, there is a furnished function room for pleasant gatherings and festive occasions. From the house and the terrace there is a great view of the beautiful fjord landscape. Here you can sit in the jacuzzi and enjoy the beautiful midnight sun in spring and summer, and the northern lights in all colors of the sky in winter. Gas grill/fireplace on the terrace. A large outdoor area surrounds the house and provides nice walking opportunities for the whole family. A bench with a fire place on a great view point by the house is a great gathering place and a place where you get close to nature. It is 400 m to the fjord, which is rich in fish. Here is a boathouse and the owner offers the following boat: 1x 16-foot boat with 10 hp engine that can be rented. The boat is moored in the fjord and is towed to shore when in use. A bench for preparing the fish has been set up. BOAT AVAILABLE IN THE PERIOD 1.5-1.10. In the area there are several fishing lakes and a wonderful hiking terrain for the whole family. Nice starting point for road trips, e.g. to the Holandsfjorden in the south where the Svartisen can be seen.
