About this house rental
We built this house from the ground up for our family. Designed by an experienced architect, it combines quality, charm, and the simplicity of those who love being close to nature. We decided to rent it out for holidays and hope to welcome guests who will enjoy and care for it as much as we do. Located in Serreta, a magical place next to a magnificent forest, you will find many trails, a stunning park, grazing cows, unique landscapes, and sunsets that change color every day. The property sits in an authentic rural setting, neighboring local farms—you may occasionally hear farm animals, which adds to the charm of the place.
The house features three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, one of which can be converted into a double (this room accommodates three adults or four children). There are two bathrooms, a spacious living area with an open kitchen, and two doors leading to the patio and garden. The house offers air conditioning throughout, a fireplace, parking, a trampoline, a plastic pool for children, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Badminton rackets, shuttlecocks, and net are available, as well as outdoor tables, chairs, and loungers.
