Welcome to our waterfront getaway in beautiful Indian Shores! We love how peaceful it feels here, especially sitting on the private balcony with morning coffee or winding down at sunset. With over 1,000 sq. ft., there’s plenty of room to settle in and feel at home. We’ve included beach essentials for your days on the sand and board games for evenings together. We hope you’ll slow down, enjoy the Gulf breeze, watch for dolphins, and love this little piece of paradise as much as we do.

LIVING ROOM & OPEN KITCHEN:

The living room and kitchen are open to each other, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favorite movie or show on the 65" TV, or simply watch the sunset right from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to dinner at home, with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster.



DINING:

There are plenty of choices for meals together. The indoor dining table seats 6, or take dinner outside where the balcony dining area also seats 6. Morning coffee on the balcony is one of our favorite ways to start the day, and dinner overlooking the water as the sun goes down is hard to beat.



PRIMARY BEDROOM:

The primary bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a king-size bed, updated en-suite bathroom and 65" TV. After a day at the beach, stretch out, put on a movie and settle in for the evening.



GUEST BEDROOM:

The second bedroom has both a queen bed and twin bed, giving families a little more flexibility. We've added colorful, beach-inspired touches to make this room fun and welcoming while still feeling comfortable and relaxing.



PRIVATE WATERFRONT BALCONY:

The large private balcony is really an extension of the living space, with seating for 6+ guests and plenty of room to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee, have lunch outside, or pour a drink and watch the sunset over the water. And don't forget to keep an eye out for dolphins!



BEACH DAYS:

We've tried to make getting to the beach as easy as possible. You'll have 6 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach cooler and 6 beach towels ready for your stay. Just load up the cart and head for the sand.



FOR FAMILIES:

Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack ’n Play, crib, high chair, children's dinnerware and outlet covers. We also have board games for family time or a relaxing evening at home.



PARKING:

There is space to park up to 3 vehicles underneath the home on the stilts, making arrival and unloading easy.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy private and exclusive access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, and your private balcony. For a seamless and flexible arrival, you can check yourself in anytime after the designated check-in time using the smart lock, ensuring a private entrance and self check-in experience. No spaces are shared.

Getting Around:

You’ll have access to the Suncoast Beach Trolley, which runs up and down the entire coastline — from Clearwater Beach all the way down through Madeira Beach, John’s Pass, and St. Pete Beach.  👍 Our Recommendation If you have a car, you’ve got flexibility — • For touristic outings, dinner, and beach hopping → trolley is easier • For specific outings or groceries → car is better The trolley is very family-friendly and kind of part of the “vacation experience” here

Parking: Your reservation includes dedicated parking for up to 3 vehicles. Parking is located under the building. Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends! Please contact us for details regarding our pet policy and any associated fees prior to booking. Starter Supplies: To get you started, we provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies from nearby grocery stores.



Interaction with Guests:

We aim to provide a private and undisturbed stay. We are available via message or phone if you need anything at all, but otherwise, your stay will be entirely self-managed with our convenient self check-in process.
