Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, the location was perfect, the balcony with the view of the beach was great, and it was super clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The two single beds are small singles, and the sheets were thin and came off very easily, there was no mattress protector and I found myself most mornings lying directly on the mattress as all of the sheets had come off during the night. I would like to make clear that the mattress was clean and this is a very small point, but could definitely be improved with some decent sheets or a heavier mattress that holds them in place a bit better.

Beachside location, sea views , sunrise.. in centre of Palmanova close to all amenities.
Very clean and towels changed and bedding 3 times weekly.
Anything asked for was accommodated. High floor. Iron and hairdryer. Even have beach chairs and umbrellas in reception for free to use on beach..
Air conditioning in living areas and fan in bedroom.
All reception staff are really lovely and helpful.
Kitchen and bathrooms bit outdated and would benefit modernisation. However, the shower worked amazingly well and plenty hot water. Towels and loo roll were a plenty.
Bed was a double, which I found small but a personal preference and was very hard and would benefit a mattress topper, so I couldn't feel the springs.
And perhaps some more wine glasses in cupboard be good.

Location is fantastic
They really need to invest in some fitted bed sheets and a light duvet. The sheet on the bed constantly pulled out from under the mattress and made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. A light duvet would have been nice,.

The lady on reception was absolutely lovely. Her customer service skills were amazing and she was so helpful.
It was very dated, the balcony door on the first floor was broken, there was lots of little ants and we had 2 cockroaches. It is central to lots of bars and restaurants so its very noisy at night time when people are going back to hotels or apartments.
