This house has been lovingly restored by my son and I. We are so happy with the way it turned out! Along with all of the new updated features we were able to restore all of the old wood paneling and wood floors so it would keep its cape cod charm. Tucked away in the heart of downtown Chatham and literally steps away from shopping, dining and a short walk to famous Lighthouse Beach. This newly updated house offers a cozy retreat for guests seeking comfort and ease. Includes AC, heat & hot water, patio and one parking space in front of the house. A one bedroom with queen-size bed, large dresser, night stand and a closet with clothes hangers, ironing board and iron, all bedding and pillows. The bathroom features a glass door shower, large vanity, towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer, hand soap & laundry detergent. Living room has a comfy couch, table and chairs and large screen tv. Kitchen includes full size fridge/freezer with water and ice dispensers, microwave, dishwasher and detergent, stove, tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster, glassware, dishes utensils, pots and pans. For trips to the beach we provide beach towels and back -pack beach chairs. Whether you’re just relaxing or planning your next adventure, this wonderful home provides a welcoming space to unwind.
