About this lodge
The incredible wide open Flint Hills are waiting for you at this 4-bedroom house. Inside, guests find four comfortable queen beds and two bathrooms featuring refreshing showers in 'Jack-and-Jill' style bathrooms. The space stays cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, the serene atmosphere invites you to unwind and enjoy every moment. This enchanting retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. We have 80 acres to explore across high native grass pastures and deep forests of oak, walnut and sycamore. The home is situated at the end of 1/2 mile long driveway up the hill to one of the highest spots in the area, providing incredible views for miles in all directions. You'll enjoy all the modern comforts with high speed internet, dishwasher, washer and dryer, large TV, induction cooking inside and Traeger grill on the patio.

The property is just 10 minutes from nearby Fredonia where you will have access to restaurants, groceries. ice, liquor store and more. You are also just 15 minutes from Fall River and 20 minutes from the legendary Flint Oak Hunting Resort. The property is just 1 mile off blacktop, accessible by most passenger vehicles. Guests staying at the Lodge to not have Hunting rights on the property.
