We loved the location. It was just a 20-min (ish) walk to the downtown area of Viseu, right next to a Lidl for groceries, and easy to find with great instructions and communication from the host.
We stayed in the twin bed room. I thought the beds were uncomfortable and the room was hot. The window did open, but we didn't want to let in mosquitos. When we left a resident of the complex let us know that we shouldn't have been parking in the parking lot because it was for residents only and that the other residents were very unhappy about the guesthouse being in the building at all. It was an unpleasant end to the trip.
