FAMILY-FRIENDLY CONVENIENCE



A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available for guests traveling with a baby or toddler.



Because the Summit Room is a compact accommodation with one queen bed, it is best suited for two adults or a small family traveling with a young child. Maximum occupancy is two guests.



PET-FRIENDLY



Up to two pets are welcome with a one-time fee of $40 per pet. Please include all pets on the reservation so the correct fee can be applied.



Pets may not be left unattended unless safely crated. Guests must clean up after their pets and follow all property pet rules.



AMENITIES FOR LONGER STAYS



High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, private bathroom, year-round climate control, shared laundry, and free parking make the Summit Room a practical choice for work trips, temporary assignments, relocations, and monthly stays.



Guests also have access to a shared washer and dryer in the property’s office area and a shared vending machine with snacks and drinks. These amenities are located on the property but are not inside the room.

Guests have completely private access to the Summit Room and receive a personalized keypad code before arrival. Contactless check-in and checkout allow guests to arrive independently after the designated check-in time.



The laundry facilities, vending machine, outdoor area, and portions of the property may be shared with guests staying in other San Ayre Court accommodations.
