Located on Colorado Springs’ historic Westside, the Birch Room makes an ideal home base for a fall getaway. Spend cool autumn mornings hiking among the red rocks, take a scenic drive toward Pikes Peak, explore the shops and restaurants of Old Colorado City, or enjoy the mountain-town atmosphere of nearby Manitou Springs.



We love welcoming couples, small families traveling with a baby, solo travelers, traveling professionals, remote workers, and guests relocating to the area. The Birch Room is equally well suited for a weekend adventure or a longer Colorado Springs stay.

A shared vending machine offers convenient access to snacks and drinks. A shared washer and dryer are also available on the property, although they are not located inside the room.

Traveling with a baby or toddler? We offer a high chair and Pack ’n Play to make family travel easier. Because this is a compact studio with one queen bed, it is best suited for two adults or a small family traveling with a young child.

Pets must be disclosed before arrival, and the applicable pet fee must be paid. Pets may not be left unattended in the room unless safely crated.
