General:
We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests!

Noise:
Quite time is 10:00pm

Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside and outside.

Drug use is PROHIBITED anywhere on the property.

If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests.

Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY.
No grease in the sink!

Water:
The cabin has well water, but we have a Reverse Osmosis water filter on the sink. It’s the smaller spout located to the right of the main faucet.

No Parties:
This house is only for use for those that booked it. We strictly do not allow parties of any type. No unexpected guests are allowed during your stay.

Outside Fire-pit:
- There is plenty of firewood for the fire pit outside.
- A permit is required for each time you have a fire. They are easy to get and the department will issue multiple days at once by phone if needed.

Panoramic Doors:
One of the best parts about the cabin is the ability to open the panoramic doors to the backyard if the weather is nice. To lock, please pull up on the handle and turn the lock to the left.

Porch Screens:
Please keep all porch screens down and only exit the porch through the right side opening.

TV:
There is a TV on a roller cart in the master bedroom closet. Feel free to roll it out if needed.

Children:
If you are bringing children we do have a pack n play, high chair, sound machine, and games/toys. You can find most of these items in the bunk room closet.

Trash:
Please take out all trash to the large blue receptacle at the curve in the driveway. Trash pickup is on Thursdays.

Wildlife:
Animals frequent this area, please do not feed them.

Furniture:
Please keep furniture in their respected areas.

Loft Area:
As agreed upon, please refrain from using the stairs to the loft and the loft.

Note:
Please refrain from wearing shoes on the bedroom carpet areas as we are trying to keep it looking new as long as possible.

Please remember that this property is our house and not a hotel. We have poured our heart and soul into this home. Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. The cleaning service is hired to only wash linens, clean bathrooms and surfaces. They DO NOT clean up unnecessary trash or mess left behind.
