Please review these important details for a smooth and enjoyable stay:
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit including hand towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. For longer stays, you will likely need to purchase additional supplies.
* Linens & Towels: Beds are made with fresh linens for your arrival. Bath towels are provided for use inside the condo only. Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach. Fresh linens can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.
* Beach Gear: We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. These items can be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.
Safety: For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit.

Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.


Parking Restrictions:
Please note that resort regulations prohibit motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and similar recreational vehicles anywhere on the property. These rules are established and enforced by the resort, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with their policies.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction.
