- Resort elevators modernization will occur March 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Please be aware that the building elevator will be out of order during this time (most buildings only have one elevator). Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.
- Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S Virgin Island’s “Environmental/ Infrastructure Impact Fee” on timeshare occupancy requires the resort to collect a nightly fee of $25 for each timeshare villa occupied by an Owner or an exchange guest.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
