Set high in one of the canyons above Hollywood, this home rewards the winding drive up with quiet, privacy, and a real sense of retreat. The approach is calm and green, with far less traffic than the neighboring canyons.

You enter through a private front gate. Inside, the view leads. Sliding glass doors open the main living area fully to a deck that looks out over the canyon and the treetops beyond, blurring the line between indoors and out. The living room is anchored by a generous sofa and a large television, with a built-in bar and a dining area alongside, all finished in a calm palette of soft greens and warm neutrals. The kitchen is compact but well equipped for everyday cooking and longer stays. Out on the deck, a large outdoor sofa and a dining table make it easy to spend the day outside.

The primary bedroom takes in the same canyon view, with blackout shades for easy rest and a large adjacent bathroom finished in marble, with a soaking tub. A second bedroom offers its own comfortable retreat, a fireplace, and doors that open to a balcony with lounge seating, served by a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A quiet, work-friendly desk area suits remote work and longer stays.

The home was recently renovated and lives comfortably for two to four guests. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and an EV charger is on site. One driveway space is available, along with free, unrestricted street parking on one side of the street. The setting stays peaceful and private throughout the day, yet sits only about four minutes from Hollywood Boulevard.


Guests have access to the home and its outdoor living areas, including the deck and balcony. The garage is reserved for the owner and is not available to guests. The area beneath the home and the rear yard are not part of the guest space. There is no one else on the property during your stay unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

This home sits in the hills above Hollywood, along one of the quieter, more wooded canyons in the area. The drive up is calm and green, lined with trees and far removed from the pace of the city below. Despite the sense of seclusion, Hollywood Boulevard is only about four minutes away, with Runyon Canyon, the Hollywood Bowl, and the restaurants and shops of Hollywood and the Sunset Strip all within easy reach. It is a rare combination of privacy and quiet with quick, central access to the city.


Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car. Given the home`s hillside canyon setting, a car is the most practical way to get around.

If you are the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your stay, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs and cats are welcome with an additional deposit. Any other animal requires prior approval.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
