About this house rental
Lots of room for fun, convenient to all things State College! Located in tree covered Toftrees (behind the golf course), you'll be 5 minutes from Beaver Stadium/campus and 6 minutes to the airport. Target, Wegman's, restaurants are a few minutes away. You can even walk down the street to a restaurant/bar with live music!
The house is newly renovated w/ new furniture, mattresses, linens.
An enclosed porch with a 2nd tv (streaming only) and fun game room in the basement add to the spaciousness! Breakfast is a waffle station with everything you need to make your own waffles.
Behind the house is a nature trail, and the covered all season porch lets you enjoy some nature no matter the weather!

1st floor: full kitchen with new appliances and farmhouse sink, dining room with table for 8, covered porch with TV, half bath, living room with sleeper sofa and rollaway bed.
