Location was amazing, the staff was super helpful and friendly, the facilities were very good.
Little things. The layout of the bathroom was a little messy, as the shower area has almost no barrier, so a lot of the bathroom gets wet unless you’re very careful. The knob on the sink’s tap was also broken, so it was a little sharp.

Professional , helpful and friendly staff
. An ideal location to walk to many tourist sites or a very short distance the M2 line and trams to navigate your way around the various districts of this colourful and vibrant city
Bathroom lacks shelving and extra hooks to place personal toiletries /to hang up your towel ( apart from the narrow heated towel rail)
Would have liked a few more breakfast options eg toast , muesli , salad items , fresh fruit
